Many people in Nouakchott suffer from limited healthcare access, malnutrition, and poor sanitation. This opportunity aims to provide essential medical and nutritional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer basic healthcare and hygiene training for families.
  • Advocate for better maternal care, including breastfeeding education.
  • Work on AIDS awareness and access to medication.
  • Improve nutrition initiatives, ensuring access to healthy food and clean water.

Requirements

  • Background in medicine, public health, or nutrition.
  • Experience in community health education.
  • Ability to work in low-resource environments to improve access to care.
  • Willingness to learn French or work through a translator
