The Community Development Manager will oversee The Hopeful Neighborhood Project. The Hopeful Neighborhood Project exists to help everyday neighbors pursue the common good in their neighborhood by increasing neighborhood well-being. The Community Development manager will provide strategic oversight and direction for the program and staff to achieve this goal. The Community Development manager will also serve as a neighborhood coach, walking alongside communities who are pursuing the common good together with their neighbors.
