Operations Coordinator

Highway Mission Tabernacle is currently hiring an individual to join our leadership team to support the operations work of Spring Garden Academy and other ministries in our North Philadelphia community. This person will provide day-to-day management of business operations and serves as part of the church’s ministry leadership team.

We are looking for a qualified individual who passionately embraces our vision and mission and is committed to a holistic view of education in a high-risk urban community. We believe this is more than a job; it is a calling to urban missions and ministry with a strong belief that children and youth can be servant-leaders in a struggling community. We place a high focus on meeting the needs of at-risk and trauma-impacted families and are looking for individuals to support and nurture a collaborative approach to community and social engagement.

3-5 years of operations administration experience required along with evidence of spiritual maturity in the community and church. Strong commitment to differentiated instruction, leadership development, professional and spiritual growth, and understanding of or willingness to learn from and serve at-risk communities.
