Bible Study with Dr. John Perkins
Learn from Dr. Perkins’ years of wisdom as he shares from the Word each morning. Thursday through Saturday, 8:30am – 9:30am.
Each morning, we have set aside half an hour for a time of musical worship. Start your day worshipping together with hundreds of other like-minded Christians. Thursday through Saturday, 9:30am – 10:00am.
Morning and evening plenary sessions are sure to make you think and provide plenty of fodder for discussion. Evening sessions are free and open to the public. Morning Plenary: Thursday through Saturday, 10:00am – 11:20am & Evening Plenary: Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
Christian Community Development (CCD) leaders and practitioners teach workshops to share wisdom they’ve gained from their experiences working on the front lines of ministry. Presenters will teach a variety of topics including CCD Philosophy and Business as Ministry, among many others. Thursday through Saturday, 1:00pm – 4:15pm.
On Location Workshops
Go out into the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul to see the work of local CCD practitioners. Each day offers an all-afternoon trip to a local CCD ministry– learn from their stories, models, and communities. Fellowship with fellow attendees and community residents over lunch! Pre-registration is required; registration opens April 9th. Thursday through Saturday, 12:00pm – 5:30pm.
Several classes and institutes will be offered pre-conference for in-depth study of various CCD-related topics. Seminary and graduate students will have the opportunity to take a Christian Community Development course for credit.
The party doesn’t stop after the evening plenary. Finish each day by attending fun events such as the Justice Film Festival, a First-Timers Party, or a Spoken Word event!
