Pray4Reform

Our country is at a crucial point in how it deals with immigrants and those hoping to become immigrants. We have longed for a solution to the immigration problem facing us all. Along with other national partners, CCDA has launched an initiative called Pray4Reform, seeking to mobilize as many people as possible throughout our country to pray for our legislators as they deliberate a comprehensive immigration reform bill. There are a few ways that we want to invite you to be involved…

pray4_meme_1Our country is at a crucial point in how it deals with immigrants and those hoping to become immigrants. We have longed for a solution to the immigration problem facing us all. Along with other national partners, CCDA has launched an initiative called Pray4Reform, seeking to mobilize as many people as possible throughout our country to pray for our legislators as they deliberate a comprehensive immigration reform bill.  There are a few ways that we want to invite you to be involved.

First, go online to www.pray4reform.org to commit to be a prayer partner. You will be sent weekly prayer reminders and requests via email or text message. Consider asking others in your church or organization to sign up as prayer partners as well.

Second, you can help promote the Pray4Reform initiative online via Facebook or Twitter (using hashtag #pray4reform), inviting others to join you and us in prayer.

Finally, set up times of corporate prayer. Please consider focusing a time of prayer at your church or ministry place for immigration reform —and if your prayer time is open to others and you’d like for us to feature it on the pray4reform.org website, please let us know. You can reach Lisa Watson, Assistant to the CEO Noel Castellanos, at lwatson@ccda.org to give her your details.
