2017 CCDA National Conference FAQs

When will registration open?
Registration opened in March, 2017.

When will volunteer applications be available?
Volunteer applications will be available beginning August 1, 2017.

Can I register more than one person at a time?
Yes. Members and non-members alike can purchase multiple tickets for any event within the CCDA National Conference. Tickets do not need names assigned to them at time of purchase but should be assigned prior to the conference.

To assign names for purchased tickets, you must create an individual login with the email that was used on previous ticket purchases. For organizational members, the primary contact must login to purchase and manage tickets.

When is the last date to register for the conference?
Conference registration is available online and on-site. Registration will only close should we reach our capacity.

Is there anything special for youth at this conference?
Yes. We have a special youth event within our National Conference, the National Student Leadership Intensive (NSLI). This Intensive offers young leaders, ages 15-19, the opportunity to get to know students from other CCD-focused ministries, learn about the key components of Christian Community Development, and consider their calling within this transitional stage of life.

Will CCDA offer childcare at the conference?
Yes. Childcare registration will be available here.

Can people from outside the U.S. attend the National Conference?
Yes. International attendee information is available here.

How do I change or cancel my registration?
To change the name on a registration, please email scott@ccda.org with any needed changes.

What is the cost of an exhibit booth and program ad?
Exhibit booths range in price depending on the size and location of the space. CCDA organizational members receive a 25% discount on exhibit booth costs. Program ads are also available. The deadline to sign up for an ad or an exhibit booth is August 4th. Check here for more information on ads and exhibit booths.

Can I ship items to the conference site for my exhibit booth?
Yes. After exhibit details have been finalized we will connect you with the venue decorator. They will assist with shipping costs and delivery.
